Rajoo Bausano offers high-performance granulation lines designed to meet the diverse needs of the PVC compounding industry. The GRANULEX line is equipped with a full suite of components to produce high-quality granules, including an extruder, die, automatic screen changer (for recycled material), die face cutting system, water palletizer, and cooling unit.
The extruder in the GRANULEX line incorporates Rajoo Bausano's patented MULTIDRIVE system, which enhances energy efficiency and extends the lifespan of the gearbox. The system offers output ranges from 200 kg/h to 3000 kg/h, ensuring flexibility for different production scales. Granulation die heads are designed to ensure optimal polymer flow, while the quick-clamp feature facilitates easy cleaning, minimizing downtime between runs. Die plates are made from nitrided steel and come in a variety of designs, catering to the specific material being processed.
