Two Head Seamless Welding Machine

Function:
Used for seamless welding for PVC color profile, and automatically realize the weld seam cleaning of upper and lower sides after welding.
Main Features:
It can be realized 0.2mm welding of colored PVC profile, and automatically clean the upper and lower sides after welding. That is ideally complete the cleaning of upper and lower in cleaning process.
Less than a minute for profile welding and cleaning, increase the efficiency.
All motion pair adopted linear bearing guide system, increases processing precision, ensure the reliability and stability of the machine.
The max. welding height reach to 260mm, and two pieces profiles welding (less than 120mm) at one time is available by change the double layer profile fixture.
Adjustable positioning distance, heating distance and feeding distance, ensures the optimal welding quality.
