Diverse molding processes Thermoforming is one of its common processes. When the plastic sheet is heated to a suitable temperature, a positive pressure is formed between the mold cavity and the sheet, which will press the sheet tightly against the mold, thereby obtaining a plastic product that is consistent with the shape of the mold. This process is suitable for the production of products with relatively simple shapes and not very high requirements for wall thickness accuracy, such as plastic packaging boxes. Pressure molding is also a process used by thermoforming machines. By applying a certain amount of pressure to the softened plastic sheet to fit the sheet into the mold, a product with more uniform wall thickness and more complex structure can be formed. For some plastic products that require higher strength and precision, such as milk tea cups, lunch boxes, etc., hot pressing can play a very good role.
