Description
Hepta is a high speed tufting machine for toothbrushes, running at up to 1200 tufts/min. It features a unique and simple filling tool that requires no lubrication, eliminating contamination of the toothbrushes. Ergonomics are key in this machine's design. Hepta is easily accessible from all sides and has an operator-friendly touchscreen.
The basic machine includes a triple fiber box and a stack hopper for the toothbrush handles. Many options, such as an automatic handle feeder, six color fiber box, automatic fiber load systems and rotary turret clamps are available.
