WPC Profile production line

FANLYPLAS WPC profile production lines are designed for the versatile production of various Wood-Plastic Composite profiles.Utilizing extrusion and molding technology, our production line can manufacture a wide range of products, including those used in construction (such as decking, fencing, wall panels, door frames, and window profiles), landscaping (like outdoor furniture, railings, and planters), and interior decoration (including skirting boards, ceiling panels, and decorative trims). The ability to change molds allows for the creation of diverse profile designs, meeting the needs of numerous applications in construction, landscaping, and interior decoration.
FANLYPLAS WPC profile production lines feature a mixing and dry blend direct extrusion process with a counter-rotating twin screw for better plasticizing. Notably, the extruded products are 100% recyclable, and our system includes a crusher and pulverizer for recycling material back into the mixer.
