CPVC Compound

CPVC compound (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride compound) is a high-performance special material based on CPVC resin. It is prepared through the addition of heat stabilizers, impact modi?ers, lubricants, processing aids, and ?llers as auxiliary materials, after scienti?c proportioning and processing. Its core characteristics come from the CPVC resin itself - by further chlorinating PVC resin, the chlorine content is increased from 56.7% to 63-69%. This chlorination process signi?cantly improves the material's heat resistance (with
the maximum heat distortion temperature reaching above 110°C), chemical corrosion resistance (especially resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and various organic solvents), and ?ame retardancy (with the limit oxygen index reaching 60%). It is usually supplied in uniform particle form, which is convenient for processing. It is mainly manufactured into products through extrusion and injection molding processes.
