Calcium/zinc compound stabilizer

It is used for U-PVC pipe, extrusion and it is in full compliance with OHS of EU without banned chemical and heavy metals such as lead, barium, cadmium, mercury, etc.
This product is the compound system of organic calcium, organic zinc and organic auxiliary heat stabilizer, and its processing performance and dynamic and static thermal stability are same with lead salt stabilizer.
The product is characterized with good thermal stability, dispersion, internal and external lubrication and good initial coloring, it can be widely used in all kinds of PVC environmental pipe, like PVC-U water pipe; and it has similar performance of stability and lubrication as the lead salt stabilizer and it can replace traditional lead salt stabilizer to produce PVC pipe, and the products’ performance and properties can meet the corresponding national standards
