ABS

ABS plastic is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile (A) -butadiene (B) -styrene (S). It integrates the performance of three components, among which acrylonitrile has high hardness and strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance; Butadiene has impact resistance and toughness; Styrene has high surface gloss, easy coloring and easy processing. Different composition ratio, the performance will be different, the common ratio is styrene: acrylonitrile: butadiene =62:23:15. ABS has excellent impact resistance, chemical resistance and electrical properties, is a good shell material, mainly used to make home appliances/office appliances shell and parts, car dashboard/door/fender, etc., the application field and HIPS have a certain overlap, the comprehensive performance is better than HIPS, but the price is relatively higher.
