PPH?Y40 (commonly referred to as H30S/Y40) is a polypropylene homopolymer fiber grade with a controlled high melt flow rate (MFR). It is engineered for stable melt spinning and nonwoven processes such as spunbond and meltblown, where consistent flow, low gels/fish?eyes, and clean melt quality are critical for productivity and fabric appearance.
With narrow molecular?weight distribution and low inorganic residues (low ash), PPH?Y40 supports uniform filament formation, good drawability, and stable processing at high line speeds. It is widely used in nonwoven fabrics for hygiene, medical and public?health applications, and can also be applied to selected high?flow extrusion or thin?wall injection molding scenarios.
