Description
ECO 201-B05 is a compound made of PBAT, PLA and Talcum powder. It is suitable for direct production of general use compostable bags like compostable trash bag, T-shirt bag, produce bag, die cut bag, dog poop bag etc.
The finished products made by ECO201-B05 have a medium transparency, good strength and load bearing capacity.
The material is certified with DIN CERTCO EN13432, ASTM D6400, BPI. Food contact safe with FDA test report issued by SGS.
Processing Information
ECO 201-B05 can be processed on conventional blown film machine with a LDPE die head. It is recommended to use a general purpose screw with L/D ratios between 24 and 32. Pre-drying of the resin is recommended.
