PPR PIPES & FITTINGS

PPR, also known as random copolymer polypropylene, features excellent toughness, high strength, superior processing performance, good creep resistance at higher temperatures, and the unique high transparency advantage of random copolymer polypropylene. It can be widely used in the production of cold and hot water supply systems, sheets, daily necessities, packaging materials, household appliance components, and various films, with a Vicat softening point of 131.5℃. The maximum working temperature can reach 95℃, fully meeting the usage requirements of the hot water system in building water supply.
The hot-melt connection is adopted, which is convenient and fast to operate. Compared with ordinary metal pipes, the thermal conductivity of PPR products is only one 200th of that of metal pipes, and it has an excellent insulation and energy-saving effect when used for hot water pipes.
