Polyolefin hot melt adhesives include APAO-based and metallocene mPO hot melt systems.
APAO Hot Melt Adhesives
APAO adhesives feature low odor for a safer working environment, low density for reduced usage, and moderate heat resistance. They offer excellent adhesion to low-polarity substrates, making them ideal for difficult-to-bond materials where traditional hot melt adhesives typically fail.
mPO (Metallocene) Hot Melt Adhesives
mPO adhesives also provide low odor, enhanced operator safety, and low density for superior cost efficiency. Compared with EVA systems, mPO adhesives offer a wider operating temperature range and the highest thermal stability among hot melt adhesive technologies.
Key Applications:
Lamination and film packaging, straw attachment, hygiene product lamination, furniture assembly, household sanitary and cleaning products, insect and rodent glue traps.
