Description
The production line capacity is 1000kg/h, which can be divided into cold washing line and hot washing line. The cold washing line mainly including: conveyor belt(with metal detector), label remover, sorting conveyor, crusher, screw loader, floating washing tank, high-speed friction washing machine, dewatering machine, and silo storage.After these machines the labels, caps, rings, glue, sediment and other dirties can be removed effectively and finally get clean and dry pet flakes.The hot washing line adds a rinsing tank and two hot washing tanks to the cold washing line, which can better remove oil stains, glue, etc.
