Central Conveying System is designed for the production of plastic products, uninterrupted continuous molding operation isrealized. According to requirement, we can change the variety of raw materials and combination of multiple colors, realizing theautomation of the coloring process. The system can automatically regenerate and use the nozzle cold material, control all thefeeding devices and prevent the blocking phenomenon in the storage bin, and achieve the full automation by setting up the centramonitoring console. The Central Conveying System adopts the microcomputer centraized automatic control to realize the 24 houricontinuous feeding of the granular material. Many small computers control the coloring process of each molding machine respectively, with accurate measurement and even mixing, and can change colors fiexibly, so as to adapt to the requirement of multicolors and varieties of products.
