Automatic Continuous Four-column Oil Punching Machine

Mainly used for one-time molding and cutting out the required products, including various cages, packaging, inner linings, etc. It is suitable for EPE doam sheet or roll material and low-density sheet or roll material such as EVA and leather goods.

The machine adopts a high precision imported controller and servo system. The material moves horizontally through the feeding table(suction cup type or conveyor belt type) to the upper and lower sets of feeding drums, which are then driven to the punching place for punching and cutting, and the finished product is then transferred to the
conveyor belt through the clamping of the discharge roller.

1. Four-column double cylinder mechanism design, supporting CNC feeding system, feeding length is more accurate, increase efficiency & safety and good consistency.

2. The board does not need to be opened, it can be directly put into the feeding table to achieve the purpose of continuous automatic punching, which can punch 500-550 times/hour,
