iTech 56 series controller is the latest one, came with upto dual CPU, each with 300MHz speed. Self designed chip with excellent integration has been used for TX2 and the TX0 is an independently created ASIC chip. It has 4MB on board memory for program storage and also supports online program updates via USB. This controller connects the HMI with NET connection instead of previous RS232 connection. 10/1000Mbps connection ensures enhanced real time performance with HMI. With 10/100Mbps, drives, robot arms etc can be connected with digital communication. Updated Analog to digital conversion is 18 bit and digital to analog conversion is 14 bit now. The temperature precision is 0.1 C. A transient voltage supressor has been added in DAC. New spring plug-in terminal blocks makes the installation works tools-free. Independently developed MOSFET ensures over current and over temperature in input and output terminal and self-resetting fuses protects against short circuit.
