New-generation foaming agent

MS-106 is a high-performance, ammonia-free foaming agent specifically designed to replace traditional AC and NC foaming agents. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and easy to export, meeting the requirements of environmental regulations. In contrast, AC foaming agents, due to their chemical composition of azodicarbonamide, release ammonia gas and formaldehyde when decomposed, which does not comply with international environmental regulations and results in export restrictions.
MS-106 is widely used in products such as PVC, TPE, and EVA. Particularly in the applications of FSPC micro-foamed flooring and WPC flooring, MS-106 produces products with smaller shrinkage, lower warping, high core layer strength, high hardness, better control over the foaming process, and more uniform dispersion. In contrast, products using traditional AC foaming agents have a rougher surface, lower strength.
