Sundow Group has been engaged in the production of chlorinated polymers since 2012, with its main products including CPE and CPVC. To expand production capacity and more focus on manufacturing high-quality CPVC compound, Sundow Material Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2024.
The company is equipped with fully automatic mixing systems, advanced high-efficiency granulators, automated packaging machines etc. This has enabled an annual production capacity of 30,000 metric tons of CPVC resin and 20,000 metric tons of CPVC compounds. Furthermore, production capacity continues to expand.
The company adheres to a dual-drive strategy of quality and innovation, operating a 2,000 square meters R&D center staffed with highly qualified researchers and equipped with comprehensive testing and R&D facilities. Additionally, a pilot-scale base featuring pipe extruders and injection molding machines has been established, creating an integrated "R&D-Testing-Pilot" innovation system.
