Exhibition Highlights | FCS Group Shines at the 23rd Vietnam International Plastics & Rubber Industr

The 23rd Vietnam International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition (VietnamPlas 2025) officially opened on September 17 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City. As one of the largest and most influential plastics industry events in Southeast Asia, this year’s exhibition attracted over 650 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and regions including China, Germany, Japan, and South Korea. Among them, Chinese companies accounted for nearly three-quarters of the exhibitors with more than 480 booths, once again taking the dominant role at the show.

FCS Group showcased three specialized injection molding machines at the exhibition—SA-400, FB-150C, and SA-100—at booth A527. On site, the SA series high-speed machines drew significant attention and recognition from visitors, with one machine already sold during the show.

The SA series toggle injection molding machines are FCS’s newly launched servo-hydraulic energy-saving models. They are suitable for household goods, stationery, automotive, 3C, and home appliance industries. In particular, they are ideal for multifunctional office devices, printers, and computer peripheral components. The extended mold opening stroke also makes them suitable for deep-bucket products. The clamping force range covers 100–3,200 tons.

During this exhibition, the SA-400 high-speed machine demonstrated production of 64-cavity disposable spoons with a cycle time of 8.8 seconds, paired with automated packaging. This setup met the local market’s demand for thin-wall disposable products with automation, successfully attracting large crowds of visitors.
