Roto Pre Masterbatch (Rotational Masterbatch)

Universal Masterbatch LLP has developed a special COLOR CONCENTRATE – ROTO PREE for Rotational Molding application. ROTO PREE is a blend of Pigment/s & specialty Additives. It does not contain any Polymer.

 Key Characteristics:-

1. Improves the strength of Final end product as you are not adding any non-virgin material like masterbatch.
2. Masterbatch is not virgin, as it has passed through heat & shear processes during its manufacturing process.
3. Pigment particles are coated uniformly which results into excellent dispersion.
4. During our manufacturing process, pigment is exposed to heat below 110°C only. So, the processor is using the pigment to its optimum level.
5. Roto Pree pigments gives more brightness and optimum strength of pigments, as we remove the air & moisture from the pigment. Both works as an opacifier in pigment particles.
6. It is most economical as it eliminates the process of Extrusion (Compounding). So, here processor saves conversion cost (processing cost) directly.
7. It reduces the inventory as it has to pass through a single stage process only
8. Reduces maintenance cost of Pulverize. The Wear & Tear is more while one pulverizes compound (colored granules). While to pulverize natural polymer granule does not require much shear. So obviously the life of grinding disc of pulverize is longer.

Procedure to use: -

1. Mix 1% of Universal’s Roto Pre-Pigment powder with your pulverized natural polymer in mixer.
2. Mix it for 15-20 minutes in high-speed mixer properly.
3. After it is mixed evenly in the mixer, transfer the compound to your rotational mold directly.
