LONG NEW Extrusion Coating Laminating machine- the perfect choice for your long run jobs!
In addition to conventional laminator, LONG NEW also offers extrusion coating laminating machine to worldwide customers who need a solution for long run jobs. There are several reasons why an extrusion coating laminating machine is preferred over a solvent based or solventless laminator. One of the reasons is its cost saving feature, since a typical extrusion coating laminating can make products with 3 or more layers in one run, however, such products require multiple processes when a conventional laminator is used. Therefore when calculating the unit cost of product by combining elements such as the costs of raw materials, machine operating costs, machine downtime etc, the cost of making product on an extrusion coating laminating machine is usually lower than on a typical laminator.
