Alu-Foil ELS Rotogravure Printing Machine

Aluminum foil is most costly material and easy shaping character compare to plastic. The foil gauge, drying temperature and tension operation parameters also different from films. We concerned in many points of view and designed a machine WAP series which specially to handle foil printing.This machine adapted with latest Germany registration and Japanese ELS drive system in order to gain quick color registration response and save the wastage.To avoid the wrinkle generate while the machine running, in every station has parallel adjustment device to ensure the foil has good balancing can be smoothly passed through every roller from unwind to rewind unit. All rollers in the machine has special hardening treatment to avoid the roller surface wear and tear after long run. The last station also available for lacquering and heat seal coating function. The coating unit along with 10m drying chamber on top of machine to provide more proper drying and curing.

Alu-alu Foil Lamination & Heat Seal lacquering Coating Machine

WACL series is not just a convention dry laminating machine.The cold form foil is very much concerned proper & precise tension control to handle such thick laminates. In terms of tension control, this machine has mainly designed for Alu-alu foil multi-layers lamination. The arch dryer roller has synchronized with line speed, it’s very low friction and steady when film pass through the dryer. The internal drying chamber has safety LEL detection, this system can automatically discharge when detected high VOC occur during the production.

This machine also combined with heat seal lacquering coating function. Additional primer coating unit before lacquering unit, so it allows to apply two side (primer + heat seal) coating in one pass. The coating unit has alternative function with direct gravure and semi-flexo coating systems.Coating trolley along with self-pump system and able for quick job change
